After many years of managing the club website, Charlotte Pearson has decided to devote more of her time to family and some new pursuits. I understand a new embroidery machine is keeping her busy these days.

Charlotte had created and maintained the club web site since its beginning and I am sure that we can all agree that she has our thanks and appreciation.

Jim Jacobs has offered to continue sponsoring the web site. On-Line Media is the host.

Our new web master is Walt Oldenburg. He has kept some of the information such as Past Pond Tours, Koi Shows, Photo Contests and added some new features to NFKPC.org.  He has been hard at work adding new information on the AKCA Seminar in 2006 including a virtual tour of the Hyatt Regency, Speakers for the Seminar, Tour

Information, and Registration Information. This will be updated as more information becomes available including a list of Vendors for the show and which Ponds have been selected for the Tour.

 If there is something that you would like added to the web site, please contact me at or 823-8979 and I will pass your idea’s on to Walt.

I would like to have Walt add a list of plants to the web site, those that are beneficial to the pond and those that are toxic to the fish. If you have such a list in your possession, would you please make a copy for me and I will forward it to Walt for the “Did You Know” portion of the website.
